We are very excited you are considering joining our tight-knit community! Your first month at Woodward will include our introductory Elements course, which is 3 one-hour small group sessions to familiarize you with the equipment, movements, & philosophy we use at Woodward CrossFit. Mastery of the fundamentals is not only a pre-requisite to participating in group classes but will make your Woodward CrossFit experience more meaningful and enjoyable.
After completion of your Elements course, you have unlimited access to Woodward CrossFit classes. Further, you get to sit down one on one with our in-house nutritionist. They will help you make a plan of action to ensure you get on track with a healthy lifestyle.
If Olympic Lifting strikes your fancy, you are welcome to drop in over at OK Weightlifting. Coached by former Olympian and world record holder, Oleg Kechko, you are sure to learn a thing or two.
