Our Goal is to help you become more efficient through body awareness by utilizing gymnastics movements. Our programming and workshops have been proven to deliver results, whether your goal is getting that first pull-up or stringing together muscle-ups we will give you the tools to make it possible. Seminar info: Duration: 5 hour seminar (2.5 hours, lunch break, 2.5 hours) Cost: $100/ person capped at 20 people. Your spot is only secure once you buy a ticket. First come first serve. Movements: Handstands (strict and kipping hspu, holds, walks) Pullups (strict, kipping, butterfly) Muscle ups (bar, true and false grip) Misc. Movements (t2b, rope climbs, ect.) Handstands and Pullups are two of the most common gymnastics movements found in the WODs we do. They also create a foundation for many other gymnastics skills. By becoming efficient at these two we help increase proficiency in many other areas. This seminar will cover handstand holds and walking, HSPUs, Strict, Kipping and Butterfly pullups. First come first serve. The Cost will be $40 for Woodward CrossFit clients and $50 for everyone else. The seminar will be run by @[1389053075:2048:Megan Lynn Adams] and I. Megan and I have successfully been coaching Crossfit and gymnastics for a combined 10 years and have USA Gymnastics Certifications. We have coached and competed in gymnastics at a competitive level. As 3 time regional qualifiers and grid league gymnastic specialists, we feel confident that we will provide you the best level of instruction. Project Muscle Up

Project Muscle Up

The CrossFit Open always has muscle ups, and every year I see people disappointed that they do not yet have that skill. It is time to change that with a new and improved approach! As we have done muscle up seminars in the past the issue that we have always run into is lack of strength. We can teach skill in a day but strength takes time to develop. We hope that this "Project Muscle Up" is the answer to this issue. Project Muscle Up will be a 4 Week series all dedicated to helping reach the goal of achieving a muscle up. We will meet for 4 separate skill sessions and you will receive homework to develop the strength needed in between sessions. We believe that this all inclusive method will create the greatest gains toward your muscle up goals. The current plan is to meet every Saturday at 11am for 4 weeks starting April 25th. If you cannot make one of the sessions a make up session will be arranged The cost of the Series will be $100 and will be capped at 15 participants. To get the most out of this series it is recommended that you meet these minimum requirements: 3 Strict Pullups 3 Strict Ring Dips Kipping Chest 2 Bar Pullups Let's make these muscle ups happen!!! The CrossFit Open always has muscle ups, and every year I see people disappointed that they do not yet have that skill. It is time to change that with a new and improved approach! This is what we love to see!!! 2 weeks after attending our RXGymnastics Seminar and going over drills and skills she learned, Katy Duckworth got both her Ring and Bar Muscle-up! And not just one! She got them both for doubles! Strong work Katy!
